1.8 Our professional outdoor furniture can withstand the sun, rain, corrosion, easy to clean. However, we do not recommend the use of our furniture in deserts or windy areas with strong wind erosion.
1.9 Lamps and lanterns are made of various environmental protection materials, with excellent safety and layer upon layer inspection. It can adapt to the voltage of different countries, and is equipped with various power plugs. However, in case of emergency, please avoid the touch of children and pets, and try to avoid using in various extreme weather, such as severe thunderstorms, typhoons, earthquakes, tornadoes and other disaster weather, so as to avoid danger. Please do not touch the bulb or other positions after the lamp works for a long time to avoid scalding.
1.10 Most of the movements of clocks and watches are made in Switzerland. They are accurate, silent and energy-saving. Some countries are forbidden to send batteries by air mail. You may need to purchase matching batteries by yourself.

Can I customize the products?
Yes, you can customize patterns, embroidery, logos, materials, dimensions, color, style and so on. Packaging can also be customized.

How to order?
You can select product options on our website, enter your custom requirements if you wish, add them to the shopping cart, discounts are automatically displayed based on the amount and quantity, click settlement and place an order. We will contact you in time with payment information and confirm the necessary details.
How to save money?
Try to make the volume of the ordered products larger than 2 cbm (cubic meters), which will save a lot of freight.
The more you order, the more discounts you get. If you meet a certain quantity or amount, you will enjoy more discounts, which are automatically displayed based on the amount and quantity if accapable.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship internationally, and we keep close cooperation with international logistics companies to ensure safe and timely delivery to your designated destination.
How long is the production time?
For made to order products, the production time depends on the quantity of the order, as well as the specific size, specification, color, material, customized information and other requirements. Generally it takes 1~3 weeks to well finish it.
Type of shipping?
We provide container shipping, railway, road intermodal transportation. We also supply air express shipment for small dimension items.
How much is the shipping cost?
Please add products to the shopping cart, select your country and region, the freight will be automatically displayed on our website.
If the total price is negotiable?
Yes, you can place your orders on our website without processing your payment, afterwards,we will give you a total price with reasonable discount for your confirmation.
Is it possible to track the shipment?
Yes. For container, train, air transportation, we provide the bill of lading documents or tracking number for online tracking at shipping companies website. You can check the location and transportation status of the goods at any time.
How to pick up the goods?
We deliver the goods to the nearest logistics warehouse in your area, you can find your own local truck to pick up the goods. Because you are very familiar with the local situation, doing so will usually make the total freight the cheapest, which is also the most recommended mode of transportation. This is also the default shipping option of our website.
How to pay?
For company buyers, we accept Bank Transfer, Wire Transfer, Check, Worldfirst. We have accounts with numerous well-known banks in the Americas, Europe, and Australia, Asia including Citibank and JPMorgan Chase, ensuring a worry-free collection process, safe and convenient. Currency accepted: USD, EUR, CAD, GBP, AUD, NZD, JPY, HKD, SGD, CNH.
For individual buyers, we also accept Western Union, MoneyGram, Escrow, 2checkout, Alipay, Ria Money Transfer, Wise, Remitly, etc.
For small dimension items buyer, we also accept Visa, MasterCard, etc credit card payment.
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes, for small amount orders, sample orders, trail orders which can be sent via air express shipment, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Jcb, Discover, Diners, Amex, please contact us to check if your card can be collected, handling fee is required.
You can also pay the deposit first and then the balance similar to installment.
How to pay the deposit first and then the balance?
1. You can pay 30% of the total amount as a deposit, we will start production since the deposit was collected.
2. We send photos of all finished products for your confirmation. If there is a problem, you can let us modify until every details are qualified. If there is no problem, you can pay 70% of the total amount for releasing the shipment.
We highly suggest this payment method, which is both safe for us.
Can I pay with paypal?
Considering PayPal does not support transaction for reproduction products (IP issues), we can not accept paypal while we can accept Alipay, Skrill, 2Checkout, Western Union, MoneyGram and other online payments, which are convenient and safe as well.
Can you provide the cooperative customers in my country?
Although our customers are all over Europe, Australia and America, and even many well-known old brand construction companies, design and decoration companies, well-known industry retailers, well-known online stores, or your local stores are our long-term customers, we firmly believe that customer information can not be sold or used for publicity. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which form a legal agreement between you (the "Customer/Buyer") and FCL Furniture (the "Company/Seller").
A. General Service and Product Conditions
Service Scope: We offer Wholesale, Customization, Retail and Drop-Shipping services.
Product Information: Product details are for reference only; actual products may vary slightly or significantly from illustrations. Minor color, texture, or size variations are not considered defects.
Product Use: Products must be used and assembled as intended. Customers are responsible for ensuring the product's lawful and compliant use in their delivery destination.
Liability for Misuse: We are not liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from misuse or improper assembly.
Prohibited Activities: Use of services for illegal activities (e.g., fraud, infringement) or malicious bulk ordering is strictly prohibited.
Intended Use: Orders are authorized for non-commercial reasonable personal use. We do not assume responsibility for risks associated with commercial use, reselling, or public exhibitions.
Intellectual Property (IP): Not all website content is owned by our Company. We do not claim ownership of the IP of original design inspirations.
Non-Infringement: We do not sell counterfeit goods or products that infringe upon active design patents or trademarks. If you believe any content infringes your rights, you must contact us and we will delete immediately after investigation.
AI Disclosure: We use AI for design, content, and image generation. If you believe any content infringes your rights, you must contact us and we will delete immediately after investigation.
B. Financial and Payment Conditions
Payment Methods: We accept various methods including Bank Transfer, Wire Transfer, Western Union, Escrow, etc. Visa and MasterCard are accepted for small dimension products, please contact us for more info.
Payment Compliance (Crucial Condition): Company payments must be made to the official company account, and personal payments must be accepted only to the personal account ("Company to company, personal to personal").
Deposit Requirement: A 30% deposit is required to start customized or made-to-order orders. The balance is due after confirming finished product photos/videos, before shipment.
Large Order Terms (Over $20,000 USD): A suggested payment structure is 30% Deposit, 50% upon photo confirmation, and the final 20% balance upon receiving the Bill of Lading (B/L) copy.
Currency: The price is fixed in the agreed currency upon order placement. Transaction fees (processing, intermediary charges) are non-refundable for canceled orders.
C. Shipping and Delivery Conditions
Shipping Methods: Large furniture ships via sea or intermodal transport; small items ship via international express (e.g., DHL, FedEx).
Delivery Options:
1. Logistics Warehouse Pickup: Our website default shipping option, the shipping cost your can see in the shopping cart, the most economical. The Customer is responsible for all customs duties and taxes upon collection. Suggested for bulk orders. It can save a lot for large quantiy orders.
2. Home Delivery: For Home Delivery, the goods will be sent directly to your address and we pay any customs duties and taxes. Suggested for 2 or 3 items small orders, you do not need to pick up at the logistics warehouse, it can save much time, please contact us with your post code, so that we can give an exact shipping cost to your address. Small dimension items ship via international air express, the default shipment is home delivery.
Delivery Time:
1. Small, in-stock items take 7–22 business days
2. Large/Customized items take 2–8 weeks after full payment.
Delays: Delivery times are subject to delays due to natural disasters, strikes, conflicts, policy changes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
D. After-Sales, Returns, and Warranty Conditions
Initial Defects/Damage: Report issues within 15 natural days of receiving the goods for a free replacement.
Warranty: We offer a 5-year warranty against quality issues, excluding consumable items (e.g., cushions, bulbs).
Personal Returns: Returns for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, dislike) must be requested within 15 natural days. The item must be unused and in original packaging.
Return Costs: as personal reason, the Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Other reasons, we pay the return cost after the goods are received unused and in original packaging. The order amount will be refunded in 15~25 business days.
Non-Returnable Items: Includes custom-made products, special-sized products, used products and discounted items.
Order Cancellation: Full-payment orders can be canceled within 24 hours of payment arrival. Transaction fees will not be refunded.
E. Liability and Termination Conditions
Limitation of Liability: We are only liable for direct product defects, damages via shipping. We are not liable for indirect losses (e.g., lost business opportunities).
Force Majeure Liability: We are not liable for service disruptions or non-fulfillment due to force majeure (e.g., war, policy changes, material shortages).
Privacy: We do not sell or rent personal information. We only share data with highly necessary service providers (logistics, payment, IT).
Policy Updates: We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
